What is your emotional home? Happy people find ways to be happy and funny people always find a way to infuse laughter. If I were to ask a friend about which reoccurring emotions you feel in a daily basis, what would they tell me? Wouldn't it be nice if we could decide which emotions we felt at any given moment? I'm here to tell you it is possible, but it starts with first become away of the state you're in, so that you can train your mind to respond differently.  Tough? Yes. Worth the effort? Definitely.
