In a world that is all about the I have to and the I can't statemetns God gives us a gift of rest (sabbath) now it is time to love ourselves by using it  

Waht does it truly mean when the Bible says your body is a temple of God?  listen 

You love yourself by allowing God to take it all for us.  

God loves you and that makes you God's Masterpiece.  That is why we should love ourselves 

When we love others we bring them into and join them in community.  Pastor Karl this weeks brings us a message of loving others by practicing communiyt based on Ephesians 4:1-15.

This weeks sermon we talk about being with Jesus through reading scripture.  If you want to love someone you need to get to know them and the way we do that is to read the bible 

To Love Jesus we need to be in prayer with him regularly.  Let's talk abotu what that looks like 

Jesus responds with these words

‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength."

This is what loving Jesus look like
