Today I find comfort in podcasting with my favorite 3 C’s of life:

This episode I discuss a recent bad luck situation that triggered my trauma and threw me into a bit of a tail spin. But instead of shaming myself and shoving downt the uncomfortable feelings, I tried something different.
I tried feeling them.
And I learned something valuable.
Maybe rushing to find the “good” in a situation, or be grateful, or reframe it, or refocus, or make meaning of the shit, maybe we should wait…and give our body some space to work through the feelings.
I hope this episode gives you permission to be angry - to be disappointed - to be pissed - to be frustrated - to be hurt.
Remember, “We cannot heal what we cannot feel.”
