Fanny Tristan, LCSW-R, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, trauma therapist, women’s empowerment coach, and founder of two wellness platforms that center the healing and growth of women of color.

With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, Fanny specializes in helping high-achieving women—particularly first-born daughters—recover from trauma, perfectionism, and toxic relationship patterns. Through her psychotherapy practice, Restority Space, she offers trauma-focused care rooted in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), helping clients break cycles of self-criticism, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.

In addition to her clinical work, Fanny is the founder of Her Soul Supply, a coaching and travel platform that helps single women of color stop centering romance in their happiness and start building lives rooted in purpose, self-worth, and supportive community. Her Soul Supply offers a range of offerings—from digital courses and wellness retreats to live masterclasses and 1:1 intensives—all designed to challenge societal expectations around singlehood, relationships, and self-worth.
