Bridgestone plans to improve its fleet service strategy and optimize service networks to enhance the customer experience – and it only takes 4.5 million vehicles and a partnership with Geotab to do it. Bridgestone will use this data to refine its fleet care services, improve efficiency, and reduce downtime by better understanding fleet behavior.
