We all encounter problems in our lives. Some are big, and some are small, but we all have to find a way to solve them. Problem-solving is not always easy though, especially if we don't have the tools or skills necessary to do it. Luckily, there are ways that we can become better problem solvers. In this episode, we discuss a model for solving problems that I found years ago in a book.
