There is no fool proof way to get excellent service in Disney World, but if you document your trip by videoing everything I think you have a good chance of getting excellent service. Most normal employees at Disney World don't want to be on camera being rude. This doesn't have to be videos for everyone to see. It could just be for family and friends.
