About Arthur: Arthur is a creative problem-solver, an advocate for the less fortunate, and a staffing industry pacesetter. His “Why” is to build equitable recruitment programs and fuel open innovation so that career-ladder jobs are accessible, workers self-actualize, and generational poverty is eliminated. Arthur grew up lower-middle class in a broken home, had a hard time staying focused in school, and watched his best friend do their first stint in prison while he paid his way through college at Towson University. Arthur credits his brother and sister for guiding him to college, where he learned to research, problem-solve, demonstrate value, and communicate effectively. Through working as a Talent Acquisition Lead, Program Manager of a direct-sourcing & subcontractor compliance staffing program, and Director of Business Strategy – Arthur’s innate curiosity and learned abilities to drive change position him to effectively challenge the status quo and continually recreate how he adds value at work. Arthur works from home and lives with an inspiring wife, curious daughter & son, and an energetic dog.
