What does the word coach or coaching mean to people?

Highly probable that the majority will refer to whether a basketball coach a soccer coach, football coach, tennis coach.

The origin of the coaching industry started with a tennis instructor called Tim Galloway.

He changed the concept of instruction to another concept, which is asking questions now.

In fact, when applying the same concept and methodology of coaching to increase corporate performance, results were easy to measure and bringing no doubt that this new skill is what companies need to unleash the true potential of their teams.

Now, coaching is one of the most growing industries in the world.

It's everywhere, every field every expertise, we need coaches as it's not about the concept. It's not about what we are doing exactly. It's about letting our team's letting our group members letting our leaders or our managers think and being involved in identifying the solutions.
