Finding more leaders is one of the biggest goals, and challenges, for most Network Marketers. 

What do I say to people, where do I find more people & how do I find leaders - the 3 most commonly asked questions in our industry.

But there's a big issue with answering the leadership question - namely that it's the wrong question to be asking. We shouldn't be asking 'How do I find more leaders?', we should be asking something totally different. 

And if we answer that question, leaders will find us.
