Recently, a trainer asked me whether I thought she was 'ready' to hire a trainer to train her training programs.

So I asked her some questions: Do you know your client’s needs? Does your client trust your judgement? She said yes to both questions. So I said: You are ready.

But the question is not whether you are ready. The question is whether the person you going to hire as a trainer is ready.

Because this person is going to represent your brand. S/he is going to deliver your training material on front of your clients. Do you think they are ready?
