That’s quite a bold leap. But that’s the kind of guy that Andy is. He has taken calculated risks during his career and they have paid off!
Andy has published a book called “Own Your Career. Own Your Life” and the success of his book has enabled him to build virtual training and speaking business.
I now I have like sort of multiple keynotes that I run and a training program run. And it's almost all virtual.
“So I can kind of do it from anywhere. And then along the line, along the way, I also started a membership community for people in the talent development space that came from my conference.
There's sort of two parts to my business. One is the speaking and training for companies on career and leadership development.
And then the other part is running the membership community and a conference that I run occasionally. as well for people in talent development”
