I want to not have sodas, or I will excercise more, I will not get drunk--or not smoke. The list is endless. From philosophical perspective, habits are samskaras. Samskaras are deep impressions in our mind, that have been imprinted in our mind, consciousness. This is a class discussion with Ayurveda Counselor Students. We talk about how we tried to form new habits, what worked and what didnt.
