It's Therapy with my Mom and another person from Ryan's world! This week we have the pleasure of talking to Jennifer Menendez, Manager of The Post climbing gym, Ryan's second home, and his part-time job. Jennifer has been working in and managing gyms for years and has developed her leadership methods based on her life experience and years of trial and error. 

Fresh off of a summit on gym leadership, Jennifer has some opinions on how she can better lead her team and the culture that she wants to foster. We get into the pressures that come with being the boss and communication styles that might need to be adjusted based on how others are receiving our messages.
