The second best way to improve your health is to get moving. Exercise, even light movement gets the serotonin going which makes you feel happy and gives you energy. Try exercising first thing in the morning to start your day. Think about how your life might look a year from today if you did just these two things on a regular basis. Once you incorporate a healthy balanced diet and get rid of your poor eating habits, you’ll be on the path to optimizing your health for the long term and closer to being the best version of yourself.
