Self love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. Self love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others. For this week's episode we will give you 18 self love ideas that you can incorporate in your daily routine during the pandemic to improve both your physical and emotional well-being. 1. Reflect on your self care practice. 2. Disconnect and have a screenless day. 3. Eat a simple and healthy meal. 4. Practice a hobby. 5. Work it out. 6. Practice yoga and meditation. 7.
