Steps to discover your personal truth and your relationship with authenticity to live your best life. Taking the time to ask the right questions. Noticing where in the body we feel what we are feeling and our connection or lack of it as we move through our daily tasks.


The meditation session starts with three rounds of breath to find stillness and allow movement to happen. The focus of the meditation is to build trust and connect with trust internally. The concept of truth is discussed, and it is acknowledged that there are different layers of experience - sight, sound, taste, smell, and feeling. Acknowledging personal belief systems to connect to authenticityportant and truth is im. The idea of slowly eliminating sugar from the diet is used as an analogy to explain how other senses get stronger when sweetness is no longer masking everything else. Overall, meditation teaches tools to create trust within oneself.
