You either have a content marketing strategy that answers your customer's questions or you don’t. A customer will inevitably get the answer from your competitor on Google, as Google doesn’t create content to answer questions from industries they crawl and index the content elsewhere.

And Googling for answers is not going anywhere soon. However, it’s only going to get harder as the medium will undoubtedly shift to audio.
