It has never been more clear than after this Super Bowl that the Browns need Deshaun Watson to return to the level he was at before they acquired him in a blockbuster trade in 2022. Watson has played in just 12 games for the Browns and we have only seen glimpses of the player he was in Houston.

The Browns have reconvened after the draft for the next phase of their offseason program and will officially welcome their new rookie class to the field next weekend for rookie minicamp.

Breaking down all the Browns draft picks

The Browns exercised the fifth-year option on cornerback Greg Newsome II on Tuesday, locking him in through the 2025 season. What happens after that will be interesting given the number of defensive backs the team could be paying by then.
