How does Google charges CPC if I want to test a new keyword which is not in the Google Keyword Planner tool you can't test this because if nobody is searching for that keyword is going to be low volume so you can't test it if you can't find that keyword in the Keyword Planner then it's not worth going after it so you'll be wasting a lot of time.

You need to get people to search for it right and that's how your ads will get triggered if nobody is searching for it then there's no point in testing a new keyword or you trying to think of a new keyword or making a new keyword which nobody knows of.
