How does it feel to have a baby? This is what my 4-year-old daughter asked me the other day.. I mean what would you say ? Think about that rough pregnancy, long contractions, that birth plan that totally didn't go to plan, the newborn stage, the sleepless nights, teething.. oh yeah and the wonderful memories, the first smile, warm cuddles, little giggle.. I mean how do you summarise that?!

I encourage you to write down and share your labour story.. its part of your journey and your healing.
