From a relaxing body scan to deep breathing exercises, these techniques can help anyone prepare for a restful night. Plus, I've talked about the importance of a consistent bedtime routine, even when life tries to interrupt it. Our bodies thrive on rhythm – let's set the tempo for better health and snooze our way into a slim waist line!
