We are social beings and need social proof that it is okay to part with our money or join a community.  In this episode I give some ideas for Facebook and social media to increase your social proof.

Know your numbers so you can do more of what's working and less of what isn't. Do a regular audit - weekly for some numbers and monthly for others to keep your 'finger on the pulse'.

Goal setting is so individual.  Finding what works for you, will help with your productivity and ultimately make you so much happier.  Part of my goals are ensuring I keep up my morning routine, which includes my favourite, Mandela Tea, which helps set me up for the day.
