According to The Lunar Cycles: Effects on Human and Animal Behavior and Physiology, the lunar cycle has an impact on human reproduction, in particular fertility, menstruation, and birth rate. It is also stated, that “the release of neurohormones may be triggered by the electromagnetic radiation and/or gravitational pull of the moon.” (1)
