Eric and Theresa don’t typically do that kind of real estate investing but they came across an opportunity they couldn’t say “no” to. They recently bought and sold a 10 unit apartment building for a profit. It provided a good deal of cash flow on a temporary basis and a good profit when they decided to sell the property.
