Training 4 Influence

How experienced trainers can add influence to their training w/ Steve Sylvan

Listen Later

Although we have been using the Training 4 Influence methodology within our own training company for years, we are proud to be sharing it with as many people as possible. That is why we created the Train the Trainer programme, so that both freelance and internal facilitators can deliver influential training.

Over 12 weeks, we bring together applicants who recognise the potential that every training session has to allow them to influence the sector that they love. As you go through the programme you will be shown how to apply the methodology to the courses you deliver. You will have access to our online learning platform, and live training sessions with Tammy and guest experts. You will receive a personal mentor and become part of a vibrant online community alongside a peer group of facilitators. We are proud that this programme has led our graduates to leave comments such as:

“The train the trainer course was a fantastic experience and an excellent opportunity to learn from one of the best professionals in this field, Tammy Banks… I’m delighted to have found an organisation that actually means what they say in their mission and vision, and they live up to their values.”

The Train the Trainer course has truly affected the way our delegates have delivered training. But don’t just take our word for it. In this episode we’ll be speaking to Train the Trainer graduate Steve Sylvan about his experience on the programme and his thoughts on the methodology. We discuss his experience as an actor and how that has influenced his training, our passion for supporting people experiencing multiple disadvantages and why no facilitator should deliver, or delegate attend, anything less than exceptional training.

We hope you enjoy!

In series 2 of the Training 4 Influence Podcast. Our aim is to help you deliver the best training possible. We’ll be exploring how to make the most of every single second of a training session. And how to deliver training so that it has added influence. You’ll be hearing from me, Tammy Banks, the founder of the Training 4 Influence methodology. And I’ll be chatting with Training 4 Influence graduates, facilitators and experts who can speak to each of the steps: expert, engaging, tailored and values led.
