We hear talks about the First Amendment crop up often as a defense by citizens who want to say whatever they want, as it is their right to free speech. But really how free is your free speech? Join the convo with AOC as we break down what it means to be protected by the First Amendment and how this applies in the context of your favorite social media platforms.

1st Amendment:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” – The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution
