Black Friday crowds have been largely impacted by online shopping over the recent years. Black Friday is seemingly taking over November, seemingly defeating the purpose and excitement of the once singular day.

Linganore High School (LHS) students Charlie Glassman and Ayden Marsh spoke on the topic, stating they have noticed a variety of changes in their lifetime. Glassman even discussed the theory that stores raise the prices prior to Black Friday, making the later cut seem like a deal, even when it is not.
