Demi Bernice is the founder of Create and Rise Academy, helping freelancers charge more and work less by using effective digital marketing strategies. After graduating with a degree in early childhood education and teaching kindergarten for a year, she found the stress of out-of-the-classroom paperwork and long commute were making her sick. She quit her job and eventually started freelancing - earning far more money than when she was a teacher. With a desire to help other Filipino freelancers, she launched Create and Rise Academy, an online training platform where thousands of freelancers are learning how to charge more and work less.
