Dr. Eric Layton, owner and CEO of Trident Dental in South Carolina speaks to us today on how he built his company and his tribe.

Dr. Layton, a native of Kinston, North Carolina, graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. While working fulltime for a global construction firm, he earned a Masters in Business Administration from East Carolina University. Dr. Layton graduated with honors from the College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina and immediately entered private practice at Trident General Dentistry. Although he changed careers from engineering to dentistry, Dr. Layton is “still building bridges.”
