For a long time, I have struggled to stay consistent. It didn't matter how much I cared or how badly I "wanted" it. I would keep not doing the thing, then beat myself up which left me feeling worse and I would continue to not do the thing. In 2026, I'm not playing that anymore. I'm committing to figuring this out and not shaming myself for not being perfect. Shame wants to keep us stuck and small and I refuse to keep living like that.
