I've done all kinds of crazy deals, everything from traditional to creative financing with subject-twos and lease options. Right now, I'm doing a lot of vacant land, and the great thing about this business is that no matter what direction the market is heading, whether it's going up or down, things are always moving. The market is always shifting, but wealth never disappears. Right now, in my opinion, we're in a time where vacant land is the easiest way to make money in real estate. And hopefully, it’ll be that way for a long time. Regardless of what happens, it’s important to stay educated and be a lifelong student. Even though I’ve come a long way, I still invest in my education because I want to stay on the cutting edge.
