How I Healed My Relationship with Exercise

LET’S TALK PHYSICAL HEALTH🕺 and it’s place in our lives. Fitness has become a big topic of concern in society. Unfortunately, as good as it is to move our bodies for our physical health, if we create a mindset around exercise that connects fitness to punishment or something we “have” to do, this can manifest into an unhealthy relationship with exercise. Therefore, risking the health of our mind, body, and how we perceive and react to reality. This episode dives into all the ways I healed my relationship with exercise and how I no longer see it as something that “has” to be done, but something that I GET the opportunity to do. This episode also gets a bit personal as I share a few moments in my life when exercise was more an enemy than a friend to me. Change your mindset around fitness from scary, demanding, and unenjoyable to doing something that you are grateful for and is exciting. Enjoy:)
