While writing out the description for this conversation, I had just finished it & felt very good about it. Then, suddenly, my laptop glitched & the entire thing disappeared. Immediately, I grunted & felt angry & annoyed that this happened. THEN, I PAUSED & LAUGHED TO MYSELF BECAUSE WOW, THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THIS EPISODE IS ABOUT.
Minor inconveniences do not need to rule your life. You get to decide what experiences & people deserve your energy.
Learn to be hashtag Mindful & Aware in each moment that something immediately angers, annoys, or upsets you. Pause, observe, then intentionally choose how you want to respond, how much energy you want to give it, & how you want it to impact you.
Often, we give far more attention & energy to the little things that really don't require any more than 2 seconds of our time & energy.
Listen to this when that stranger annoys you, or that situation (that does not impact your life or goals at all) makes you mad.
Cheers to living mindfully, with full awareness, & intentionally <3

When we begin getting to know someone, we may suddenly start to constantly think about what they are up to, why they aren't texting back, or we may create a certain idea of them in our heads that we want them to be. This may lead to us getting hurt, upset, disappointed, or freaking out over how this person is living their life. Maybe they post something that makes you overthink your place in their life or their intentions with you. Maybe you see them do something with their life that makes you question how you will fit in with their life. Maybe you're wondering, "why aren't they thinking about me??".
In a way, we wish to have control over how this person treats us, how they view us, and their intentions with us. In essence, we wish to have control over this person. We want our ideas and assumptions about them to be true, and when they do not match these visions, we are confused, upset, sad, or hurt.
And what did they actually do except live their life?
This one goes out to the overthinkers, the ones who are always trying to be one step ahead, and the ones who, when they meet a potential romantic partner, fall head over heels almost instantly.
Shoutout to you. Sending you all my love and support <3

First things first, this podcast episode is not about optimism. It is about self-recognition, self-trust, compassion, & understanding yourself.
Listen to this when you are on a journey to reach a certain goal or create a certain vision of life, yourself, a project, etc., & you are now unmotivated. All that hope, excitement, & clarity you had at the beginning is now fading.
Open up to this space of self-love, celebration, grace, & self-connection. Take this opportunity to stand up to those negative thoughts that say, "I am not doing enough" or "I am working so hard & have gotten nowhere". This is your time to observe & acknowledge all the steps you have taken to get to where you are now. All those obstacles, challenges, or versions of you that had to be present in order for you to be who you are now.
Allow yourself this chance to come home to yourself. Give yourself permission to pause & notice how high you are standing on this staircase to your goal or vision. This conversation is for you.

This pod is about those moments when we don’t feel like ourselves—when the people we’re around, the environment we’re in, or everything happening in our heads influences how we show up. Instead of beating ourselves up for those moments, let's chat about why they can actually be opportunities to learn more about who we are.
I talk about perfectionism, self-compassion, outside influence, boundaries, and the little ways we can start embodying more of the version of ourselves that feels authentic—even when we’re surrounded by other people.
And if you’ve ever regretted a moment where you felt like you weren’t yourself, I hope this episode reminds you that you can learn from it without judging yourself for it. Sometimes getting a little lost is how we learn our way back to what feels true :)
When you get off track from your goals, it can be easy to convince yourself that you’ve failed.
You miss a few days of your routine. Life gets busy. You get distracted, go on vacation, stay up late with friends, or simply stop doing the things you promised yourself you would do. Suddenly, you feel like you’ve lost all your progress and have to start over.
But getting off track doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
Sometimes life takes us on little side quests — and that’s okay.
You’re allowed to live your life. You’re allowed to pause. You’re allowed to have days that don’t look like the vision you had for yourself.
What matters is that you remember you can always come back.
Getting off track is not the end of the journey. The path is still there. And whenever you’re ready, you can always hop back on.
This is your reminder that you’re not a failure, you’re human — and you’re always allowed to hop back on the path to your desired reality.

What does it actually mean to take up space?
Let's chat about what it looks like to stop shrinking yourself for other people and start letting yourself fully exist as who you are.
Taking up space isn’t about being the loudest person in the room—it’s about allowing yourself to....
feel your emotions
express your personality, authentically
follow your creativity
communicate your needs
set boundaries
receive support
& pursue the life that feels right for you
You don’t need to hide your happiness, downplay your accomplishments, apologize for needing help, or make yourself smaller to fit into someone else’s expectations. You are allowed to change your mind, follow your intuition, share your ideas, feel excited about your life, and be unapologetically yourself.
You are not a burden.
You are not too much.
There is room for you here.

You don't have to keep giving your life, energy, or authenticity to something just because you've already committed to it or because someone else thinks it's right for you.
I’m talking about what happens when we spend too much of our time, energy, and attention trying to make other people happy or live up to someone else’s idea of a “good life.” I talk about authenticity, relationships, careers, people-pleasing, and learning to choose what actually feels aligned with who you are.
You deserve to be in relationships and environments where you feel seen, appreciated, and encouraged to be yourself. And sometimes choosing yourself means stepping away from what’s familiar, disappointing other people, or walking into something unknown. Your life is yours to live—and you get to decide where your energy goes.

For the ones on a healing or self-growth journey
Sometimes, we become so attached to the identity of the person we were when we were in that relationship, doing that career, or reaching that goal. So much so that we lose ourselves. We may find ourselves remaining in the identity of that past version of us because it is what's familiar. Therefore, it is what naturally feels safe to our brain & body.
During this period of feeling lost, we may begin reaching out for external validation or external stimuli to find who we are.
What if who you are is already within you?
This is an episode about returning to the you who you were before the world told you to be someone different. This is about your true self behind the fear of rejection, the need for external validation or approval, & being seen. This is a chat for the parts of you that you had to hide in order to fit the mold of that relationship, career, or goal that was out of alignment from you.
Listen to this when you are ready to come home to yourself, step out of the box of comfort, & live authentically to you rather than for others.
