In this episode I speak about how I make growth one of my love languages. How when we drop our ego we can allow ourselves to see where there is truth to how we are holding ourselves back. How we can utilise people in our life to hold us to higher standards and literally ask for them to do so. I see this as the highest form of love, but if your ego is in the way you wont see it that way.
