Umm, I am as human as they come and I can tell you that I have STRUGGLED more than some may know and I hid it all so well for so many years…

...it was when I actually entered the fitness world that I realize how fucked up things were out there. I got to a point where I KNEW something had to change AND I needed not only to work on what I was struggling with BUT to share it with others because I kept seeing the same struggles with my clients.

I got to a point where I refused to promote the bullshit anymore because it was fucking me up more than I had ever thought it could.

So please, allow me to share the trial and tribulations of my journey with you...It's my GOAL to share the REAL, IMPERFECT, TRANSPARENT struggles that I have gone through to let women who struggle just as I did know they are not alone and there is another way.
