This is a more vulnerable story of how I got to a place of starting a podcast and taking the steps to change the direction of my life. I am a licensed PharmD and have worked in the industry for over 7 years, but there was always a deeper urge for me to do more and give more. The health industry needs more than pills, prescriptions and diagnoses a more holistic approach needs to be taken. This is about my own personal hurdles that I had to overcome to get to working on and in what is apart of my purpose
