Episode 6 | My Road to Recovery: Tips & Advice for People with Mental Health & Suicidal Problems

=========================================================

My Brother, Travis is stabilized and even though he is not completely recovered he wanted to provide and update on his health and offer advice for people with mental illnesses and suicidal issues.

Note: Even if mental health suffering is imminent, you ARE worth it to live. Even in those darkest times, there are always people willing to care enough about you and love you. Please have enough courage, strength, and wisdom to understand all lives matter, including the mentally ill, disabled, and imprisoned. The notion of life and death sometimes do not make sense but between it all, even in the admit of chaos and destruction is hope, love and light. No matter what, please choose to live, for the breathern of the people of humanity. Everyone has something to offer, no matter how big or small, whether that is wisdom, experience, courage. We just all walk a diferent path. Your life DOES matter. And Travis does stand as a meaning of hope and faith for people suffering from what seems to be an impossible inescapable doom. Love yourself most importantly my friends, no matter what. We are all humans, every person needs help, you just sometimes have to let go of these weaknesses and turn it into a strength, no matter how scary or hard or impossible it seems. Never give up! We believe in you!!!

Thank you,

Travis & Kyle Balitz
