Today I'm sharing with you something a little different. Rather than preaching to you a new way of living or transformational tool... I chose to share with you more about myself the journey I've been through in my new podcast.
Anxiety and stress affect us all. Some experience it more severely than others.
I used to feel so much anxiety that it had become a permanent daily part of my experience. So much so that the only way out was through numbing with alcohol or distractions.
It held me back in so many situations.
Now I don't know about you but it became a time where I was fed up with living with it and so I chose to make a change.
