I had a fresh awakening recently out of my relationship with my partner Marie-Eve. I realized that life is a direct reflection of how I feel in my system. I realized that the level to which the relationship is feeling secure is directly related to how I feel secure within. I experience a new level of clarity that how your life is going (relationships, work, business, self) is a reflection of how you feel in yourself.

So when you feel worthy, others sees your value. When you feel love for yourself, others loves you easily. hen you feel whole and complete within, you cease to depend on others for validation.

But the question is, how do I feel secure, worthy and love in my system?

Today I'm sharing with you something a little different. Rather than preaching to you a new way of living or transformational tool... I chose to share with you more about myself the journey I've been through in my new podcast. 

Anxiety and stress affect us all. Some experience it more severely than others. 

I used to feel so much anxiety that it had become a permanent daily part of my experience. So much so that the only way out was through numbing with alcohol or distractions. 

It held me back in so many situations. 

Now I don't know about you but it became a time where I was fed up with living with it and so I chose to make a change.

And you'll more about what those changes were in my podcast. 

You too can be free of anxiety, if you're ready.
