Three months before my retreat, I had zero people signed up.
Zero.
As in, "Should I cancel this whole thing and pretend I never mentioned it?" zero.
And if you've ever launched something, promoted something, or put an offer into the world and heard crickets, you know exactly what that can bring up.
The scarcity spiral.
The overthinking.
The very dramatic mental montage of, "Maybe I should just burn it all down and become a florist."
But this retreat ended up selling out in the most beautiful way.
And not only did it sell out, it became one of the most powerful, expansive, deeply transformational retreats I've ever held.
In this episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes of what actually happened, what I had to move through, and the lessons this retreat taught me about trust, receiving, leadership, feminine business, and holding the energy for the thing before the evidence shows up.
Episode Summary
In this episode, I'm sharing the behind-the-scenes story of selling out my retreat after almost canceling it. We'll talk about what it means to hold the energy for your vision, how scarcity can show up in business, and why your next level of growth often asks you to release control and receive support.
I'm also sharing the deeper lessons that came through around hosting retreats, feminine leadership, embodied business, receiving support, sisterhood, vulnerability, and creating overflow in every area of your life.
If you've ever wondered how to trust your business when the sales feel slow, how to hold a transformational space, or how to expand into your next level without forcing it, this episode is going to feel like a deep exhale and a loving nudge.

✅ The story behind my new mentorship: Overflow
"When you set the intention and you hold the energy, freaking hold the energy." Renae FieckKey Takeaways
1. Sometimes the thing you want to cancel is the thing stretching you into your next level
2. Holding the energy does not mean sitting around and hoping
3. The right people complete the container
4. Transformation is co-created
5. Receiving support is leadership work
Why It MattersIf you are building a business, launching an offer, holding a vision, or stepping into a bigger version of yourself, you are going to meet the edge.
The edge where your nervous system wants certainty.
The edge where your old identity wants proof.
The edge where your mind says, "Maybe this is not working."
And this is where so many women pull back too soon.
They cancel the retreat.
They stop talking about the offer.
They change the whole business model.
They convince themselves the vision was wrong when really, they were just in the messy middle.
This episode is your reminder that your future self is not built by controlling everything harder.
She is built through trust.
Through aligned action.
Through receiving support.
Through holding the energy of what you know is possible before the world catches up.
And maybe, just maybe, through letting someone else be in the kitchen while you go actually lead the room.
A revolutionary concept. Apparently.
