"the biggest thing that I have found is that if you can cut back on dairy and gluten, I think that is really major. And if you're not quite there yet, if you're not quite ready to figure out oh, like what gluten free products are healthy, or you know what dairy alternatives are healthy, because sometimes they're just as you know, detrimental? I think another first step you can take is just thinking about how was your food grown? And where did it come from, and what ingredients could be on or in it. And so that would be maybe just starting to cut down on those processed foods and starting to integrate more whole foods, more fruits, vegetables, gluten free whole grains, lean proteins that are you know, not saturated fat seafood with full of omega three fatty acids. And I found that telling people Oh, like, eat more of this is a little bit easier than stop eating."
