the whole pandemic was really what stopped me from going out, not from drinking tho that took a while. if it wasn't for the pandemic I honesty think I would've continued to go out. we were basically forced into isolation from places and people. I only had me and was with me all the time. I questioned myself during that time on what I was doing and if I wanted to continue that route. I wanted my life to change so I decided to change and never look back! that's why alone time is important, to connect with yourself and evaluate your life, what you're doing and see if there's any positive changes you need to make.
