It can be so confusing to be a woman these days. We are asked to be strong and do so much, yet not too strong. We are asked to be nurturing and soft, yet not too soft. What the f*ck do they want from us?

This is where I was 3.5 years ago. Stuck at a crossroads between who everyone expected me to be and who I was dying to become. I had to make a choice, because the stuck feeling was killing me. And so, I took that first step on the journey to empowerment. I haven’t looked back sense.

In today’s episode I tell you how I define empowerment, both as an empowered woman and empowerment coach. I’ll give you a hint, it’s probably not what you’re expecting me to define it as.
