From overturning the right to an abortion, to asserting gun owners’ right to openly carry their weapons, to undermining the EPA’s ability to regulate carbon as the climate rapidly changes, the nation’s highest court appears to be utterly out of step with the desires of most of the public and with the notion of democracy.
