Kim has lead global employee communication teams at KLA, GoDaddy, GitHub and PayPal. She teaches at San Jose State University and she’s the co-author of a new book called The Conscious Communicator.

Natalia asks Kim to explain what inclusive language is, why it seems to be increasingly important these days, what advice she would give to those of us who worry about getting it wrong and why ‘progress’ is more important that ‘perfection’.
