Expectations are a GREAT thing...especially when it's the start of something new, like a brand new year. However, it's important to be adaptable to what your reality is via challenges that come your way.

When things don't go as expected, you have to adapt and reframe your thoughts to reality! Today, I share my vulnerable story of the end of 2023, and the start of 2024 so far.
