We’re delighted to present the next episode of Down and Dirty and this time, Taapsi is talking to Dhruhi Jain. Dhruhi is an early stage HR professional at Zecruiter Jobconnect and is also the co-founder and MD of MightyMorse, a company specializing in AR and VR.
For Dhruhi, working for a recruitment company entails sending about a 1000 emails on average because, “As a recruiter, you become answerable to everyone, whether it is your client or candidate.”
The tool that came to her rescue? ChatGPT.
