Former Red Wing Vladimir Konstantinov's care was threatened in 2022 due to new Michigan legislation that changed no-fault insurance benefits. His care team decided to bring him back in the public eye to raise awareness for the same situation that 1000's of Michiganders were also experiencing. That was a blessing in disguise for Vlad. Jeremy Otto caught up with his attorney Jim Bellanca to get the latest on his situation.
