Jason Cohen's journey to better health began with a simple switch to a plant-based diet. Jason lost over 120 pounds by eating more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. After losing his initial 45 pounds, Jason began to look for more ways to improve his health.

On a chance trip to Leadville, he signed up for the Leadville half marathon, which is over 10,000 feet above sea level, without any previous training. After completing the race, Jason made it a goal to run the Leadville 100-mile ultra-marathon, which he eventually did.

Jason's story is an inspiration to anyone looking to make a change in their lives. With dedication and determination, anything is possible!
